Coach Kaiser is Beach Cap 2 Certified and has been pioneering the growth of junior beach volleyball in San Antonio the past 10 years. Since 2011, many of San Antonio's top junior beach players have come through our system and under 210 Beach have accumulated many of their medals throughout Texas and the U.S. with major championship medals and athletes making the USA National Beach Team.
Coach Kaiser saw a need to not just accumulate medals but help these athletes #chaseschollys (obtain college scholarships in beach), as well as develop and grow Junior Beach volleyball in the San Antonio and surrounding areas, driving him to select experienced coaches to assist in this goal. His extensive experience with the college recruiting process is a major asset to the program.
Coach Jason is now President of the Texas Beach Volleyball Association TXBVA and again taking his knowledge of growing the sport statewide and unifying the sport in the state of Texas.
Jason Kaiser also coached the girls basketball program at New Braunfels Christian Academy and coached at elite basketball programs Sophia Young Elite and PACT boys where he also helped many of the area's top high school basketball players get to the college level. Prior to this, he was an assistant basketball coach for the Trinity University women's basketball program in San Antonio. For over 20 years Jason has been involved in coaching basketball at the youth level through clubs, camps, and clinics. His training regiment led him to earn a Division I scholarship playing basketball at Weber State, earning multiple All-American honors at the University of Alaska Anchorage, and being named CBA East Conference Player of the Year playing professionally in Australia.
Coach Kaiser will focus his efforts on getting athletes recruited, growing junior beach volleyball, and helping the players with mental toughness and physical conditioning the game requires. Jason will lead training/skill development in the beach to build the knowledge, strategy, endurance, balance, and core strength needed to compete at a high level in Beach events throughout Texas and the U.S.
