The schedule below is the FLOW of the season NOT separate seasons

January 4 thru May 30

Tuesday/Thursday National Team Only 5-6:55 pm

Wednesday thru April 24th National Team 5:30-6:45pm, 2 courts for National Team Agility/Endurance Training along with High Rep Drills

June 4th thru July 11th

Tuesday/Thursday National Team Only 9-11:00 am

210 Beach was created to provide a competitive, secure, fun, and supportive atmosphere for junior volleyball players to train in preparation for competitive beach tournaments. 210 Beach will instruct juniors at all levels with drills to improve their overall game, strategy, conditioning, and learn how to practice properly in preparation for events.

Come join 210 Beach to learn, train, and share your knowledge of beach volleyball whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player in the sand. We highly encourage the indoor player who wants to advance their game to the next level to train in the sand. You will see improvement in your balance, ball control, ball contact, and/or all around game.
