Hi! My name is Sophie Bengoechea. I am a 210 OG, I started playing beach volleyball in 6th grade when 210 still practiced at the church courts. I trained all throughout middle school and high school with 210 and was able to pick up some big wins along the way! 210 helped me get recruited then I played at University of South Carolina and graduated in May of 2024. Now I am coaching at 210 and a personal trainer at Burn Bootcamp! I love reading, working out, and running

210 Beach was created to provide a competitive, secure, fun, and supportive atmosphere for junior volleyball players to train in preparation for competitive beach tournaments. 210 Beach will instruct juniors at all levels with drills to improve their overall game, strategy, conditioning, and learn how to practice properly in preparation for events.

Come join 210 Beach to learn, train, and share your knowledge of beach volleyball whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player in the sand. We highly encourage the indoor player who wants to advance their game to the next level to train in the sand. You will see improvement in your balance, ball control, ball contact, and/or all around game.
